Corrected second Nyquest zone tuning problem on a 6700 using 3.3.33

Thanks FRS for correcting a problem existing, and possibly not reported since the release of the 6700.

On VHF, when tuning above the top frequency the receiver used to jump back into the HF band, first Nyquest zone, and require overt action to get back on 2M VHF.

Now tuning above 165.000 it just stays at 165.000, likewise at the bottom of the 2M VHF band, tuning down from 136.000 now just stays at 136.000, staying in the second Nyquest zone.

A small glitch on the 6700 only is now fixed.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
