I am the second owner, I bought it 'new in the box' as the first owner never unboxed it before needing to sell it due to medical reasons. It has just shy of 3 years of warranty left. So you are getting a rig used for just a few months and still has 3 years warranty left.

The radio was initially purchased with an extended warranty that will expire on 05/14/2025.

Tim Ellison confirmed the warranty left for me.
