After SWR fault, power limited to 500w

I had a switch problem when I was operating on 20m that caused the amp to trip fault for high SWR. Now the amp only runs at ~500w on that band. The rest of the band have normal power output. I tried restarting the amp and reinstalling firmware but that didn't fix it. Looking for guidance, on how to open a support ticket if that's the route I need to take. Thanks, Fred AE4ED

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
