RX going out

Options

Has anyone seen anything like this and were you able to resolve problem. I have a Flex 3k & 5Ka both will show same symptoms after about 1 to 2 hours of operation on this one Windows 10 drive. The RX is going crazy and changing things on the PSDR screen does nothing to this. The screen does not freeze it is running just something is happening to the RX. I can do the stop/start and this will fix things for a now shorter time period then it goes crazy again.

If I put either of these radios on another computer on windows 10 they do not do this. I have now added a second drive in my computer and have dual boot if I boot to this second Windows 10 drive it does not act up. I have run radio on this drive over night it did not go out.

I know there is something on this one Windows 10 drive that causes this I just do not know what? I looked at resetting windows this showed a loss of many programs on drive that I would prefer to not lose or reinstall.

I have tried a lot of different things none of which resolved this problem. I have done the fix files things I have completely removed and reinstalled PSDR. Different FW cards and drivers. There are conflicts on the FW cards but these conflicts also appear on the working drive. Both drives are up to date window 10.
