Click packet spot, Flex changes profile settings

This has been a nagging problem for me ever since I have owned my Flex....over 4 years now. Perhaps this is operator error, or a set-up issue. I just don't click spots anymore.

When I click a spot in my logging program (L32 or N1MM) the radio will QSY all ok, but the bandwidth, mode etc all change to some random setting.

Why is my existing, set profile not preserved?

Can I change this so it stays the same, or at least stays within band/frequency limits?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
