Slice C with DXLab Commander and Spot Collector?

Is it possible to use the Ports tab in DXLab Commander config and the SmartSDR CAT panel to be able to control a third slice, i.e., control Slice C? What I am trying to be able to do is click on a station\spot in SpotCollector and have the frequency in Slice C change but not affect Slice A or B. I can control Slice C, with a port setting but whatever I do also affects Slice A.

Thanks and 73,

Bob WK2Y

    To quote https://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/FlexSignature

"Commander will track and control your Flex-6000's

    • VFO A frequency, mode, and RX bandwidth using the transceiver's Slice A
    • VFO B frequency, mode, and RX bandwidth using the transceiver's Slice B

Other VFOs provided by your transceiver are ignored. References to VFOs in this article are limited to VFO A and VFO B."

Thanks Bob. It's interesting because I can get spots to show up on C and C will track A or B so the other VFOs are not exactly ignored. When I set up a Com port attached to slice C and use it as the primary or secondary in Commander, it follows A or B and C knows the process and shows it as CI-V Commander. I was hoping there was something I was missing or a trick, maybe by defining slice 3 as a different radio in multiradio?

    Thanks again.
