Basic Config Video or Instructions for Flex 6400 to HRD Logbook

My name is Ward Clapham, VE7CYA Nanaimo BC
All I am trying to do his configure my Flex 6400 to my newly purchased HRD logbook
No digital
Just want to have my flex send the radio frequencies to my log
I have searched the internet, watched videos and downloaded the suggested utility, etc, with no success
Any help would be appreciated

While I don't have a video for it, the steps are the same for all logbooks (generally).
- Create a CAT Serial Port in SmartSDR CAT. Write down the port number
- In HRD, create a new radio to connect to and select Kenwood TS-2000 and select a baud radio of 19200 or 9600 - the baud rate isn't critical
- Start SmartSDR and make sure SmartSDR CAT is running as well
- Click connect to the radio you created in HRD and it should connect and you will see your VFO frequency
