ZenDesk Problems!

I am unable to log into the Help Desk, no matter what browser I use I get the error "flexradio.zendesk.com refused to connect."

I am trying to submit a help desk ticket because my 6400's power light is blinking three times and I am unable to connect to it. I have reset it with the long power button press until it turns white, I have disconnected the power and tried again, and I have used different ethernet cables.
