Focus Helper: What does it do?

Can someone tell me what Focus Helper is supposed to do and how it works? I can't find it in the manual.

    It is a UDP link to a 3rd party program that returns the focus to that software. For example, if set up with N1MM contest logger you may send the radio frequency to a station by clicking on the panorama. At that moment SSDR has the focus but, to save time in a contest situation, Focus Helper will immediately send the focus back to N1MM where you will want to be to complete the QSO. Your next mouse click or keyboard entry will be in N1MM even though you didn't select it yourself.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
