Can't log in to Smart Link since latest upgrade

My Neighbour ham and I both updated SmartSDR today and the update appeared to go well. However my Neighbour that shares the radio reported he could not use Smartlink to log in today. When I checked I had to send a command to re-activate things . That was successful and I received the "configured for Smart Link" message. However when I pressed the "TEST" icon it failed the test . Suggestion ?

I can access the radio via LAN.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
