Logic9 not correctly reading 6400 frequency

Strange problem:

My Logic9 program thinks I am on 40 when I am on 12. The band mapping seems correct but I can't make it list 12 meters as the band I am on. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Is it reading the frequency correctly from the radio on the correct slice?
