CW Delay - Saving the value

in SmartSDR for Windows

I'm not sure what I did, but now my CW delay value -- Set at 50, won't save. If I close SmartSDR and open again, it is back to zero. How do I save the value so it doesn't change? If I make it a large number (like 122), then it saves permanently.

I'm sure I am missing something simple here.
