Flex6500-PGXL-TGXL interactions

Using Flex6500 + PGXL + TGXL version1x3 in home (not remote) station.

1. What is the practical difference between TGXL RX bypass ON or OFF for received signals?

2. For proper operation of the TGXL, is it necessary to set the Flex6500 TX delay to 20 mS or is this managed automatically by PGXL and TGXL?  I know PGXL automatically takes care of this but there is some ambiguity in the TGXL manual regarding this.

3. In TGXL, the C1 – L – C2 adjustments are digital with 255 choices. Is there a table available to convert these digital numbers to the actual pF - µH – pF values? Or, a software solution to this?
