Power Amperage Drawn at Bootup on FLEX-6400

The 6400 specifications state that its power draw is 1.7A Receive Typ., 23A Transmit Max. What is the typical amperage drawn by the 6400 at bootup?

I suspect it would be fairly low -- probably close to the 1.7A or less on receive. There's no big need for a power 'surge' on bootup like in the old tube rigs...

Testing a 6500, the "off" current was 170mA and maximum current during boot was 1.33A as measured by a Powerwerx Watt Meter // Power Analyzer.
