6400M Loss of Audio

I have had this problem a number of times. Running a 6400M with no PC connected. Using external amplified stereo speakers. I will suddenly lose my audio. I can switch slice and still no audio. Turn on internal speaker, no audio. The only thing I find to work is rebooting the radio.
What am I missing?
Thank you,
73,
Craig

Hi Craig, My Creative T10 speakers "time out" after a while of low audio. I just need to temporarily crank the audio up and back for them to reactivate. Very annoying...

What speakers are you using? Do they have this power down "feature" like the Creative speakers?

[{"insert":"Thank you for your reply. Not home so I can’t tell you the brand speakers I’m using. This happens when using the radio. Even if I turn on the internal speaker no change. I don’t believe there is a time out option. \n"}]

The speaker system is a PreSonic.

Hi Craig, I would try a factory reset after exporting all profiles. If that doesn't help, then it is probably time to submit a help desk ticket.
