Hello all! Got a problem with SmartSDR CAT and I need some help.
Short version:
Installed Windows 11 on my PC today, installed SmartSDR v3.2.39 and cat.exe won't start.

Like I said, I think I have seen something like this before but I can't recall. Running cat.exe it just fails to open.
The errors I am getting are .Net framework errors. However, I am running .Net Framework v4.8.04161

LOL, Welp! Nevermind. After a bit more research, it looks like running C:\Program Files\FlexRadio Systems\FlexVSP\FlexVSPInstaller_64.msi did the trick..0

Good to know. Thanks for posting your solution here.

Yea, I figured that even though I figured it out just a scant few minutes later, it would be best to leave it, in case anyone else runs across the issue. But everything is rocking along smooth now on Windows 11..
I also ran into the old portcls.sys BSOD but, that's a limitation in the Windows Audio subsystem and the number of devices it can have. Fortunately, it figured itself out after a couple of reboots.0
