Cant login to my SmartSDR account...Lost connection

I did a PC reboot at my REMOTE PC.

I can connect to my FLEX on the LAN using remote desktop. But nothing over over the WAN at home.

Tried to test smartlink setup and says "the radio does not have internet connection"

My account settings are all BLANK. No callsign name etc. I logout, and log back in, everything still blank? It seems I cant login ??? What is wrong? I have done a cold re-boot and hard re-boot on the radio because I can do that remotely, didn't help.

I have lost my radio from the remote.

    Probably nothing wrong on your side Steve. Seems like SmartLink is down. Can't connect from SM country either. Using AnyDesk connecting to PC at radio site, everything works as it should.

    Had to log back in for it to work with the PC, SmartLink authentication really sucks wish they would change it to self or Local authentication instead of the server based that is in use now.

    I used my VPN on a couple nets today using my IOS Device and as always worked great.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
