I hate the fact that last night I actually gave up troubleshooting a problem with SmartSDR while I am remote at the condo at Orange Beach. Last night and submitted my first ticket to the Flex help desk. To my surprise how quickly Ken responded to my issue early this morning. I really don't think the issue was with SmartSDR software or the 6400 at home, "no signal or audio", when everything worked this morning when I powered up system. Ken gave me an idea this morning for a modification to enhance my troubleshooting when remote. When I return home I am now adding a web switch to my network/router/switches on the output side of my power backup to give me the flexibility of rebooting my network remotely to assist in troubleshooting if necessary.

Everyone I have interacted with at Flex to include Ken, Mike, & JP have gone out of their way to ensure their customer satisfaction, and they are very responsive to Help Desk requests.

Also, I am excited today I made my first contact with Panama on 17M with someone that was also using the Flex 6400. I had to make a video of the contact and post on Youtube.😁 I love the fact how well Flex works with my inverted horse fence antennas installed in my attic.
