I would like to purchase a WiFi plug so that I can switch off the power supply with the app. I have flexradio 6500 would give this problem that I turn off diamond power supply without turning off the flexradio first.

Although not ideal, I am fairly sure that Flex designed radios to lose power and be ok.

I have not tried this but:

What about a relay on the diamond input power that opens the flex power on/off lead and, if the 12V decay is too fast to also have a small electrolytic on the 12V flex power. Could even be put inside your power supply.

Thanks for the tips, I'll check with the shop here. The relay option would be useful.
