QSK trouble when mixing cw from memory and from paddles

Hello,
Do you have a problem with QSK when the key paddle is pressed while transmitting CW from SmartSdr? For me, sometimes it causes trx to stop in transmitting mode. Once I got the information "tx fault". SmartSdr 3.2.31 Windows, Flex-6400. Thank you for the information.

Hi Mart, do you mean that you are sending a message via CWX, then hit the paddle?

If so, the expected behavior is to immediately stop the message from transmitting.

I have never seen the TX Fault, but I think that is related to Interlock status. So if someone else is transmitting using MultiFlex and you try to transmit, I think you get this fault.

I would upgrade from 3.2.31 to 3.2.39. You will need to read the release notes very carefully to be sure that you have a successful upgrade.

Another thing to do is when updating from 3.2.31 to 3.3.39 is do a full reset of the radio and do not import profiles from 3.2.31. It is ok to import profiles save from an older version.

The instructions should be in the release notes as Len pointed out.
