Have you read SmartSDR User Guide Sec 9 (downloadable) addressing SmartLink?

Okay so if you have a M version of Radio SmartLink is kinda broken right now on the M control panel ONLY

If you have V3.2.37 and are running on a PC then when the radio is up and running up under the Settings Click on "Choose Radio / SmartLink setup" then that will log you out and bring you to the window that says connect or SmartLink setup, this is where you will need to set up the SmartLink account, Register the radio, Hit the LOCAL PTT or CW key, and then you set things up for your firewall there is a "V" down arrow about the middle of the screen and another Window will pop up the try to use the Automatic settings IF YOUR Router is set up automatic port forwarding by hitting the TEST button, If it fails then you will have to use the Manual settings and see what IP Ports and format needs to be setup in your router, When you get it correct then hit the TEST again and if it goes green then you should be good to go.

I think there is a Youtube that Mike or Eric made on setting this up and I know there are articles if you do a google search should pop right up.

This might see a bit much but I would give it a go, Hopefully your Router will configure itself when SmartLink asks it to.

Hi Lee, You will need to have your radio and SmartSDR set up on your local LAN with internet access to register your radio on SmartLink.

Next, click the icon to start SmartSDR. If it brings up the panel shown below, click the SmartLink Setup button. If it brings up the panadapter, click Settings, Choose Radio / SmartLink Setup... and then click the SmartLink Setup button.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
