Does it make a difference if my DAX is only streaming at 427 kbps?

I am not able to get my 6700 with 3.2.12.51 software to interface with FLdigi 4.1.18 software. My DAX slice channel indicator is blue.

    DAX at 427 Kbps to WSJT-X is normal.

    If running more than one slice, increased demands on the remote site uplink bandwidth, DAX can go down into the 3xx Kbps range depending on resources.

    You won't see errors, just that there will be fewer decodes shown on WSJT-X. It can be dramatic, like 30+ decodes per 15 second segment down to 5.

    Same observation on 3.2.31 or 2.6.2; 6500 or 6600.

    Blue indicator is good. If you can see activity (red slider) then I would look at FLdigi.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
