Communication N1MM and FLEX6400

I've been working with N1MM and the FLEX 6400 radio for some time now.
I notice that when I set the CW speed in N1MM, the CW speed is taken over in the FLEX.
Is it also possible that I can set the CW speed in the FLEX and that N1MM takes over?
Maybe my WinkeyUSB keyer affects that too?

How do I configure the N1MM and the FLEX?
