Flex control USB encoder

I am looking for information about the encoder installed in Flex control. Detailed technical data, if any of my colleagues has such information, please help. My encoder has a lot of side play on the axis

    I just posted a week or so back about the same thing just a little more colorfully. Yours is loose and my knob bound up in both turn and push. ZERO responses. Maybe your post will scare up some response?
