Flex 1500 RF Output Is This Normal??

Hi Folks

Running PowerSDR .189 on Win10 on an HP i7 ZBook with 16GB of RAM, it runs perfectly with low CPU and great performance. However I have noticed something a little odd that I am not sure is normal and would appreciate any guidance or advice. I have a FLEX-1500 connected to an LDGZ100 ATU and what I am seeing is this:

When I hit tune on PowerSDR and watch the FWD Power it seems to raise in steps, most of the time it goes to 8% then 100% but on a few occasions it goes 8%, 11% and then 100%. My meter shows that its **** on 5 watts at 100% but I find this a little odd and wondered if there is anything in the settings I have missed? All seems to work ok, and I am enjoying using my 1500 again with this fantastic bit of software!

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
