no connection

I was able to download SM 6000 and get it to load. It will come up but the problem is it keeps saying no connection. I have restarted the computer and my Flex 6400. I am using SmartSDR v3.1.12.

What am I doing wrong?

    I think he may mean SliceMaster? I have never used it so can not be of any help.

    Assuming SliceMaster......

    • Go to the tab with the three dots (far right)
    • Scroll allllllll the way down
    • Make sure you have SM set to the FLEX that you want to connect to via the drop down box menu.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
