ICOM SM-30 Microphone on Flexradio 6400 possible?

I Guys,

I need your help, I have a table mic Icom SM-30, I make an adapter TIP and Ring for mic but not work, why the problem? Can I help me?.

    Hi,

    I don't own one of these mics, but they are electret condenser mics and need "bias" power. You say your adaptor has tip and ring connected, but did you also connect the ground/shield?

    If yes, have you enabled the bias in your Flex radio's setup? Settings-->Radio Setup-->Phone/CW. The BIAS button should be blue/enabled.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
