Not able to connect to remote radio (RemoteHamRadio.com)

in SmartSDR for Mac
I've tried with SmartSDR and the RHR app says I'm connected but SmartSDR just has the blank connect screen.

I tried dogpartsSDR and MacLoggerDX and nothing connects. I suspect there is some sort of networking or security blockage.

My Mac is on an eero wifi network and may next try a hard wired connections. I've used Wireshark to look at the packets but not sure what I'm looking for regarding the client(s) connecting to the radio.

If anybody has any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this I'd greatly appreciate it.
