In my search for a document, I came to the community as there was a document that was posted by Tim. W4TME. As this site is not setup as a knowledge base, I was not able to find the document I wanted. I proceeded to start to open up a help ticket. Once I started to fill out the help ticket, the site provided me the document as suggested documents. I found the document I was looking for. I had to print the document through my browser. It would of been nice if the search functionality on this community had the same smart suggested document suggestions as the help desk.

As I have built knowledge bases in the portals that I owned, one of the suggestion is for the users to suggest a post as a document. This document request would go to the administrator which would look over the post. Make any changes or send it to a document review board which would either approve the post as a document or modify the post and then approve it as a document. The administrator would add and assign meta tags to the document so that the document can be found. There is no much documentation and posts that could be used as Best Known Methods, but is not. Please FlexRadio respond.
