Port forwarding question

In my ZTE MF286 I just can set virtual server IP adress, port range and protocol. Not specify wan port to lan port transition, for eaxample TCP external 21000 to internal 4994 and UDP external 22000 to internal 4993 wich is Smartlink set up. So, is it ports 21000 and 22000 I have to port forward to the Flex LAN IP or 4994 and 4993?? UPnP is out of the question since I have other devices also as virtual servers, but they have the same port numbers, WAN or LAN.
