Help with sign on issue in ios

in SmartSDR for iOS

When I open SDR for iOS, my 6600M appears as an “available radio” (with the Smartlink logo) on my iPad. When I tap the listing, however, the iPad reverts to “you are not connected.” Any help appreciated by this unsophisticated user.
