How do I enable the bias voltage for a microphone using Flex-6500?

I recently bought a used Radio Sport headset that has an EM56 microphone. It requires the bias voltage to be on. How do I enable it?

In SmartSDR for Windows go to Settings/RadioSetup/Phone/CW
You can enable bias for an electret mic or +2- dB boost if needed.
