Using New Q&A (Question & Answer) Feature

The new Community allows you to post discussions where the intent is get elicit an answer from a Community member or FlexRadio employee. This is known as a "Q&A" topic

Creating a Q&A topic is really easy. When creating a new topic, use the blue DISCUSSION button that is located on the right hand side of the window. You will notice that it has a small white downward pointing triangle on the far right-hand side of you button. Clicking on this triangle will open a selection menu that allows you to choose which type of topic you would like to start. The options are:

New Discussion - Intended for starting a conversation.

Ask a Question - Select this option when you are seeking an answer to a specific question.

New Idea - This topic is for suggesting new ideas for FlexRadio products and services. Idea type posts are only permitted in the "New Ideas" category so that all of them are in one convenient place.

When a Community member provides an answer to your question, there will be an indication that a possible answer has been given. But that's not all...

Community members have the ability to validate and answer by answering YES. Or if the answer is not correct, to answer NO, if it did not answer the question.

And, Community members that provide correct answers earn points towards Community Badges and elevated Community Roles and privileges. The more points you earn, the higher level badge is awarded. Earn enough points and badges and you may be eligible for the exalted role of Community Elmer!

So get busy answering those questions.
