    I am a New Flex 5000a owner, and my experiences so far are this. You NEED a Firewire Card, that has a Texas Instruments Chip in it!
    Seriously, my computer has a built in firewire card, but all my problems disappeared once I put in a card with the Texas Instruments chip.

    He has a Flex 5000a page I have followed for many years.  In addition he has updates to the software that allow the 5K to do things it was never intended for.  He breaks things down so that anyone can understand and guides you every step of the way.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
