Can't Create a Mic Profile

I have a 6500.  I can't save a mic profile for a new microphone.  I make all the adjustments to my settings for the new mic and save the mic profile.  But when I restart SmartSDR 2.4.9 it's not there in the profile manager.

It is only there in the Radio Panel - P/CW.  It always has an asterisk.  If I change to another mic profile, I can't get it back, either on the drop-down list in the Radio Panel or in the profile manager.

I exported it as soon as I created it.  When it doesn't show in the profile manager I import the saved profile.  Once imported It doesn't show up in the profile manager.  However, if I do reload my global profile it shows up in the Radio Panel - P/CW as the active profile but still not in the profile manager.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
