Need help getting SmartSDR iOS Spots to show

I have purchased the DX-Cluster tool for SmartSDR for iOS and am having trouble getting spots to show on the panadaptor. The only server I can get any spots to show from is DX Summit. For any of the other standard servers, I cannot see any spots. I added a new server for our local Telnet cluster, supplied the proper login (my call - confirmed with Putty/Windows), and when I enable and review logging, I see the spots come in in the log, but they never get through to the List or panadaptor.
What do I need to look at?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
