Maestro 3.1.12.18 Sidetone volume for CW

This morning I turn on the Maestro and my sidetone volume is so loud it is unusable; CW mode of course.   I'm pretty certain I had set the sidetone volume and delay from the Maestro in the past.   I took a look at the manual and it shows a way to make these adjustments, but I can't for the life of me find the screen to make the change.

I select MENU then Phone/CW but nothing is there to make these adjustments.

TIA.

When in CW mode press the cw wpm speed knob. Sidetone is adjusted on the touch screen.
