Ok thanks Tim, I have a friend that took the Fan out to clean it, but after re installing it the on off button goes to steady red after a few moments of green. I think I will have him start a help ticket. That is why I wanted to make sure of the air flow.

First and foremost. I would never remove the fan to clean it.  Especially if it is an M model radio. Using compressed air while keeping the blades from spinning freely should be sufficient.

That sounds like the fan is not plugged in correctly or something is binding on the fan blades.  If that isn't the problem, then I suspect the SD card may have crapped out.

After looking at a photo that Flex published showing the inside, I found that he plugged the fan back in the wrong plug,   don't ask!!! I think all is well now.
