ATU INSTALL

I received my new ATU for my 6400 today. After installing it, SSDR reported NO ATU INSTALLED. Options showed no options installed. I performed a master reset (white power button), but still no ATU detected.. What button have I missed? I'm running 3.1.11

It may be a long time till you can get one.

I do not know why they can not say if it is out of stock when you buy and pay for one.

When I ordered mine over a month ago it looked like they were in stock since nothing said otherwise.

Dale I am having the exact same issue, checked all connections 10 times, hard reset, reloaded software to no avail.

Open a Ticket with the Help Desk. It is probably a registration issue. I ordered the ATU for Field Installation in my 6300 3 years ago. The instructions were fine, but the ATU did not appear in the Options. I opened a Help Desk Ticket and after a short call, the Option magically appeared and the ATU worked fine. 73, Bill NE1B

I opened a ticket and they very quickly determined that the ATU they sent me was faulty and they replaced it within a few days. The replacement worked as advertised and I was very happy with it.
