When I download the file and look at it in my d/l directory on the release notes are there. I see a hex file but there is nothing there but documentation. Just weird I have not ran into this before when updating from Flex like when I update my radio everything goes smooth. What am I doing wrong  Let me explain this way, I go to the PGXL download, then software, then I see two files one is current power genies firmware and one the next one list the lastest firmware ver. But download either one of these files only gets me documentation. When I view this file it has a hex file but when clicked it only brings up documentation.

all you do is use the Windows PGXL utility bring up the AMP and at the top right side you will see a UP arrow  Click on it, then Browse to where the HEX file is located and click upgrade
THIS IS ONLY a AMP firmware NOT the Windows and radio software OS Update like a SmartSDR update to a radio.
    hope this helps

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
