FlexRadio’s Commitment to Supporting our FlexRadio Community

Community members,
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our worldwide community. As we continue to navigate the situation, we want you to know that we are doing everything that we can to protect the well-being of our employees, customers, partners, and the surrounding community.
We are actively monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Therefore, in immediate effect, and with our amateur community in mind, FlexRadio will be taking the following steps in the coming days/weeks.
1. Over the next 2-3 weeks, FlexRadio will be requiring the majority of their employees to work from home. Essential personnel will remain in the office on a rotating schedule to continue service, shipping, and some engineering operations.
2. WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. Sales and support lines/emails are open and being answered.
3. We are working closely with our vendors and suppliers to monitor the supply chain and will keep our customers/partners informed of any anticipated delays in the coming weeks/months.
4. All products (incoming and outgoing) will go through additional cleaning procedures before being handled in our service shop or being shipped to customers.
5. FlexRadio’s participation in events will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We are in touch with event organizers at all upcoming scheduled events and FlexRadio will announce adjustments to our schedule as warranted.
We continue to monitor this evolving situation and will keep you informed of future updates. We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions and remain committed to providing you with a product and a community you can trust.
