I think, if it´s not just logging into smartlink ( hopefully you got the credentials ), a mail to support should do fine..

Rudi, the license belongs to the radio so when you power up your new radio, it will check, via the internet, what license has been purchased for that radio and enable that level for you. Hopefully the previous user has disassociated the radio from his smartlink account so you can create your smartlink account and register the radio to it.

It sounds more complicated than it actually is, my apologies!

My understanding is the radio links with a single Smartlink Account. Therefore you can establish the account and should be set.  For a used radio I'd do a  factory reset. One should read the manual (hardware and software) as there are a lot of features contained therein.

    Enjoy,

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
