What basic steps are required to connect smartlink/smartsdr ios via a remote (eduroam) network?

I have a 6300 at home on my LAN, and can connect via smartlink over 4G on iPhone or tethered iPad, having enabled ipV6.
At work I can connect to the UK university network called 'eduroam' however although SSDRiOS shows the radio as available via smartlink, it can't connect.

I assume it's necessary to request a firewall change to open port(s)? By default ports will be locked down and opened by exception.

I have tried using Fixed LAN mode and entering the WAN IP address of the 6300 but no luck

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
