Connecting to Smartlink

I live in a rural area and am connected to the internet by a Rural broadband Initiative, which uses Broadband speeds via the cellphone towers
Our network supplier is Vodafone my question is what ports do I use to access smartlink. The ports shown on the smartlink login are 4994 and 4993, both these ports are closed on the routers.(I have tried 2 different routers). Iam registered on Smartlink, I just like to be able to use it.
My question is what other ports will Smartlink accept, or what ports can I use. ?
(Vodafone techs say they dont blank ports that answer didn't help as those ports are closed and wont open)
Advice please
Ross

If you are using a mobile broadband router in your home like the Huawei B315 router, I think you need to be running a "Fixed ip sim card" in the router to port forward those ports to your flex. There is a video here which explains it a bit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_w-Mc2NLZD8
The question to ask Vodafone is "How can i port forward with your system"0 -
