Hi

Is anyone curently using a ShuttleXpress with a 6000 series? I found some old and very old conversations about it where some were using it with some success.

Am wanting to using it to control the RIT on the flex. If the buttons can be used to turn it ON/OFF and resetting it to 0 then use the jog wheel to tune - I guess the same as tuning with the VFO.

Also does the focus still have to be on the program it's controlling e.g. Smart SDR? Would like to be able to use it in contest along with a logging program.

Or if anyone is using another control wheel - not looking to get some of the big DJ controllers, just something small.

Thanks

Rich

I have used the buttons on the ShuttlePro for years first with the Flex 5000 and now with the 6600.
But never could get the jog function to smoothly control the vfo's.
