Add a visual and audible alarm for power issues

Provide a visual and audible alarm whenever output power issues are encountered. Possible issues include a drop/increase in TX power from the specified level or the complete absence of any output when transmitting.

The trip thresholds should be adjustable and independent for each band/mode/antenna with an option to automatically cease transmitting when the alarm condition is met thus protecting external amps. tuners, etc.   These settings could be added to the current TX band settings matrix

This alarm should also capture all user settings and current radio status (input voltage, temp, SWR, etc.) into a file that can be analyzed to determine the source of the problem that tripped the alarm.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
