Create a Smartlink account fails

I can get as far as 9.2.1. When I attempt to Log In I get a screen with the keyboard displayed but it says "Navigation to the webpage was canceled". When I do a refresh it tells me to check the webpage address (HOW?) and "look for the page with your search engine" (again, HOW?) It's a brand new 6400M.

Hi Harry,  Is this happening on your 6400M screen? Is not very clear for me. But I suggest creating your Smartlink account froma regular browser and then use the 6400M just to login. Your problem is interesting though. 73 VAL DM1TX
