Stream Deck and Flex Control knob. Picture says it all

I have had a Flex Control knob since my first 6000 series.  Oddly enough it never got used as it just never was in the right place and the mouse was easier to click and tune. But I would find my self wanting to use it in CW contest for a quick change or touch-up but rarely did.

I am loving Marks Stream Deck support in FRstack and realized the Flex control knob somewhat fit to to the side of the 32 button Stream Deck. I was going to build a mount but wanted to try Velcro first to see how I liked it. Turns out no mount is needed as the Velcro does the job just fine.

Find myself using it more now.

Yes Mark's software is great. I use my Streamdeck with a 6600M to gain access to commonly used controls that are buried in the M front panel. Great compliment.

I echo that. It has been a sea change from my Genovation key pad. I upgraded to a 32 key version and use it constantly both with my 6600M and a Maestro linked to my remote site. The only thing I would like to do is change the colours of the text when the button is pressed (ie: Go from green/yellow text when the PGXL is in standby and red when it is operating). I am sure there is a way to do that, but have not figured that out yet!

Rich, thanks for posting this!! Forgot I wanted one for Christmas! Saw a 32 Key XL version, new in the box on eBay for $219 OR BEST OFFER!! So I shot out a offer of $150.00, you never know!!! He came back with a counter offer offer of $170.00, almost $50 off so I figure that is a GREAT price!! He said he got it as a Door Prize for a Holiday Party and does not need it, so he will just take the $$$ Better then a black Friday deal! Included FREE Priority Mail Delivery! Should be hear by Monday! Something else to add to the Ham Radio TO DO LIST!!! :-)
