TX band settings: tune PWR isnt set if ATU Bypassed. How do I correct this?

I want to use my new external tuner.  I set the TUNE power to 10W in TX Band settings for 40M, transmit power to 100W. Put ATU into BYPASS, hit tune and I get 100W out....not 10W.  Can't leave ATU on or I get a conflict between the 6400M and the tuner.  How do I fix this?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
