KE9NS software

It has previously been suggested that the KE9NS software is ideal for the Flex 1500.
However the web address given is unavailable due to an unsupported protocol.
Can anyone offer any suggestions. Thanks.

I just tried it here and the download was fine. Hope this helps. I had a 1500 and  have used this package.

It is a problem with your browser, can you use firefox or something eles?

I just tried his site also with FireFox and Chrome,  both worked..   Maybe either your antivirus is blocking it or you have cookies blocked.   Try resetting your cookies in the browsers,  then maybe checking your antivirus..   Check it out on another computer too,     Just a couple of thoughts.

Do a search on the "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" error, as it usually is a local (end user) machine problem.  There lots of articles and some videos showing the various fixes.

thanks for the various suggestions. I have tried some options suggested by a Google search but still no success. I am giving up for the moment but may revisit later on.

The problem appears to you used https://ke9ns.com/flexpage.html the browser is expecting a secure connect. The KE9NS site is not responding to secure connections, at least for me. https will Soon be require standard and is assumed by most newer browsers. My original post was concerning access to the site of KE9NS. I am glad to advise that I have now been able to download the software. I used a VPN as for some reason my ISP was blocking the site !
I have been able to install the software and get it working with my Flex 1500 but have a question concerning the other items which have installed at the same time.
Apart from the main package version 2.8.0 I also have Power SDR Data transfer which seems obvious but in addition a FlexRadio exe which does not seem to do much and  also a "PowerSDR_database_RevQ_F1.5K_0514-3268_28-04-2020_14.40" which has appeared as an xml document.
Can somebody advise the function/operation of these other items.
